Robert Preston

Prior to focusing on Oil & Gas services in 1999 Robert's career is built on a foundation of international consumer goods marketing. Part of the successful SPS, Easywell and Sensa teams, Robert is passionate about the power of strategic marketing and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. A keen marathon runner his extraordinary stamina comes in handy on every entrepreneurial adventure.

Steve Kent

Since his early beginnings as a logging operator back in 1986, Steve has spent 21 years working for some of the world’s leading Oil Services Groups. A skilled technical engineer, completions specialist and business manager he played a central role in transforming Easywell from a niche technology player to adopted industry standard in just two years.

Glynn Williams

Glynn has spent 30 years as a globe-trotting trouble shooter for some of the Oil & Gas industry’s biggest names - with unrivalled results. Glynn’s vast experience enable him to challenge management teams to achieve high value exits. While leading the Sensa and SPS teams he honed his ability to build powerful management teams. A high flyer in every sense Glynn even holds a private helicopter license.

Nigel Leggett

A mechanical engineer by trade, Nigel has spent 26 years in the Oil & Gas industry with leading names and nimble innovators alike. Nigel played a leading role part of the SPS and Sensa teams, his skills encompass management, organisational development, business development, technology, research & development and reservoir evaluation.

John Hutchinson

A legal specialist with 18 years experience, John has most recently been responsible for building and leading the Corporate Department at Pitmans, one the UK’s leading Business Law practises. Something of an investments and exits guru, he is also an authority on the subject of AIM flotations and multi-national acquisitions. Away from work, John is an avid sports fan and proud father of four.

Simon Yeldham

A seasoned FCMA with over 20 years management reporting, systems and controls experience in the telecommunications, aerospace, digital broadcast media and oil & gas industries. As Sensa’s Financial Controller he oversaw the integration of two acquisitions and Sensa’s own acquisition by Schlumberger. At work he thrives on bringing order to chaos. At play, he is partial to mindless rock music.

Sue Hunter

With over two decades in private equity, Sue chairs the Epi-V investment committee. A qualified accountant, her career includes a 15 year stint with 3i where she gained multiple mid-market investment experience, culminating in leading a £150 million portfolio. At work Sue enjoys nothing more than challenging existing assumptions in the oil & gas industry. At play, she’s partial to skiing and the occasional round of golf.
